Air Freight

Service Image

SW Logistics has been moving cargo across Asia's busiest trade lanes for over 24 years. We're not a generalist. We specialise in Intra-Asia and Middle East corridors — the routes that demand local knowledge, established carrier relationships, and a team that has seen every exception in the book.

Whether you're moving full containers from Guangzhou, consolidating LCL shipments from multiple ASEAN origins, or air-freighting time-sensitive goods to Dubai, we handle it end-to-end from our Singapore base.

Our Freight Forwarding Services

Ocean Freight — FCL & LCL

Full Container Load (FCL) and Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments handled across 50+ ports in Southeast Asia, China, India, and the Middle East. We manage booking, documentation, port coordination, and carrier follow-up — so you don't have to chase anyone.

  • FCL: 20GP, 40GP, 40HC, and special equipment including open-top and flat-rack
  • LCL: Weekly consolidation services from Singapore to key Asian and Middle East ports
  • Transshipment coordination through Singapore, Port Klang, and Tanjung Pelepas
  • Real-time container tracking through our shipment portal

Air Freight — Import & Export

Speed matters. When your cargo can't wait for a vessel, our air freight team moves fast. We work with major carriers and freight alliances to secure competitive rates and reliable capacity on routes where demand fluctuates.

  • General cargo, express, and charter options
  • Cold chain and pharmaceutical-compliant handling available
  • Airway bill management and pre-alert notifications
  • Dangerous goods (IATA-compliant) handling and documentation

Project Cargo & Special Shipments

Oversized, overweight, or out-of-gauge cargo needs more than a standard booking. Our project cargo team manages pre-shipment surveys, route feasibility, heavy-lift coordination, and port authority liaison for machinery, industrial equipment, and construction materials moving across Asia and the Gulf.

Dangerous Goods Handling

Moving Class 1–9 hazardous materials requires certified handling, precise documentation, and carriers who accept the commodity. We manage DG declarations for both sea and air, ensure IMO/IATA compliance, and coordinate with port authorities to avoid delays at origin and destination.

Trade Lanes We Know Best

Our strength isn't everywhere — it's in the corridors where we've built real networks over two decades.

  • Intra-Asia: Singapore ↔ China (Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Ningbo), Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, India
  • Middle East: Singapore ↔ Dubai (Jebel Ali), Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Doha, Kuwait, Muscat
  • Transpacific & Europe: Connecting via Singapore as a transshipment hub

If your trade lane isn't listed, ask us. Our global partner network fills the gaps.

What's Included With Every Shipment

We don't charge extra for the things that should come standard:

  • Dedicated operations contact per shipment
  • Pre-departure documentation review
  • Carrier booking confirmation and vessel/flight details
  • Exception alerts — if something changes, you hear from us first
  • Live tracking via swlog.com/track-shipment
  • Post-shipment proof of delivery

Why Businesses Choose SW Logistics for Freight Forwarding

We know the region. 24 years on Intra-Asia and Middle East routes means we know which ports are congested, which carriers are reliable on which lanes, and where documentation errors cause the most damage.

We're the right size. Large enough to have established carrier contracts and a 50+ port network. Small enough that your shipment gets attention from a named person, not a call centre.

Technology that gives you visibility. Our live tracking portal and WMS integration mean you always know where your cargo is — without emailing us to ask.

We respond in 1 business day. Quote requests, service queries, documentation questions — we don't leave you waiting.
